Just pointing out the obvious. Becuase the obvious seems to elude you. I've never questioned Bossman's integrity or effectiveness. Only that of the Whole department under the current leadership. THey've wasted so much time running in circles, wasting time doing leg work that could be better accomplished by proper implimentation of procedures and computers. You make generalizations out of context. If you refuse to read everything. Only what you want inorder to Flame. I respond in kind. ONly when I respond I use opinions based in facts. Not how I feel at the moment! Not a reaction to just one line. In the past when I respond to Steve on some of his posts or something Terry has written. I take into account what else he was written on the subject. I understand where they are coming from. I know that is too much to ask of others. So if they start the attacks. I will finish them. At least until Steve begins to delete them. I am driven. I want change and will not accept stupidity as an excuse. Lead follow or get out of my way. Don't waste my time with ideas that hae been disproved. Time and again. Don't jump in on a discussion, that you don;t seem to be able to follow. But it is a waste of time to attempt to discuss any issues on this board when people don't even read/respond to what was written. No disscussion about the procedure or possibilities. Just turn it into personal attacks based on baseless opinions. With no back ground on where their opinion came from.
